Stretch Mark Massage Oil
1 oz cocoa butter, melted
1/2 oz flaxseed oil
1/4 oz rose hip seed oil
1/4 oz wheat germ oil
10 drops lavender oil
8 drops neroli oil
4 drops vetiver oil
Blend the melted cocoa butter, flaxseed oil rose hip seed oil and wheat germ oil. Transfer the mixture to a clean jar. As it begins to cool ad solidify, add the essential oils. Allow the mixture to cool to a comfortable temperature before using it. Massage the oil into your skin once or twice daily.

Massage to Relieve Tension
Combine 6 drops lavender, 4 drops chamomile, and 2 drops vetiver with 4
oz. soy oil. Keep in a plastic squeeze bottle.
Oil to Improve Circulation
Combine 6 drops lavender, 4 drops rosemary and 2 drops vetiver with 4
oz. sesame or soy oil. Keep in a plastic squeeze bottle.
Oil for Constipation
Combine 6 drops rosemary and 6 drops thyme with 1 ounce Olive or Sweet
almond oil. Keep in a plastic squeeze bottle. Gently massage addomen in a
circular motion, starting with the right side.
Oil for Indigestion
Combine 4 drops peppermint, 4 drops marjoram, 4 drops coriander, 4 drops
fennel and 4 drops basil with 1 ounce olive or sweet almond oil. Keep in a
plasic squeeze bottle. Massage stomach and abdomen gently.
Muscle Cramp Massage Oil
Combine 3 drops chamomile, 3 drops white birch, 3 drops rosemary, 3
drops ginger and 3 drops lavender with 1/2 ounce sweet almond oil. Combine
these ingredients in a 1 ounce amber glass bottle.
Muscle Ache Rub
Combine 12 drops black pepper oil, 6 drops marjoram, 6 drops juniper,
and 6 drops ginger with 8 oz. sweet almond oil. Keep in a plastic squeeze
bottle.
Liniment Formula
Combine 30 drops bay oil, 15 drops nutmeg oil and 9 drops black pepper
oil with 8 ounces peanut oil. Keep in a plastic squeeze bottle.
Severe Backache
Combine 3 drops chamomile, 3 drops ginger, 3 drops black pepper, 3 drops
white birch, 3 drops rosemary(or eucalyptus) with 12 drops lavender and 1/2
ounce of sweet almond oil. Keep in a plastic squeeze bottle. (For MINOR
backaches, use only 2 drops of the essential oils.)
Body Oil for Dry Skin
Combine 10 drops lavender, 10 drops chamomile, 10 drops neroli, 10 drops
rosemary, 10 drops carrot seed and 2 ounces almond oil. Keep in a plastic
squeeze bottle. Apply after a bath, when skin is still moist.

Elation Formulation
a concentrated massage oil for mild depression
2 Tbsp Sweet Almond oil ( or vegetable oil)
1 tsp Wheat germ oil
8 drops Lavender essentail oil
8 drops Ylang ylang essential oil
2 drops Basil essentila oil
2 drops Geranium essential oil
2 drops Bergamot essential oil
In an amber glass bottle, add the essential oils. Add the sweet almond oil and wheat germ oil. Shake gently to mix well. Label. To use apply a small amount onto the back of the hands and chest area. Inhale the essences the hands after application to the skin. During the day, inhale form the back of the hands. The oils will also be absorbed through the skin. Apply two to three times daily.
Anti-Anxiety Massage Oil
apply to the back area
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
12 drops Lavender essential oil
6 drops Ylang ylang essential oil
4 drops Fankincense essential oil
3 drops Cary sage esential oil
In an amber glass bottle, add the essential oils and vegetable oil.
Shake gently to mix well. Label. To use, warm the oil by placing in a hot
water bath. Apply to the back area in light and gentle strokes.

Headache Oil
massage oil for tension headaches
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
10 drops Lavender essential oil
5 drops Peppermint esential oil
200 IU's Vitamin E (optional)
In an amber glass bottle, add the essential oils and vegetable oil. Add
the vitamin E. Shake well to mix completely. Label with directions for use.
To use, warm a few drops of the concentrated oil and apply to the temples
of the head and just beyond the hairline. Typically this area is sore to the touch if the headache is severe. Gently massage this area with a light pressure. Inhale the essences from cupped hands following the massage. Breathe slowly and concentrate on the breath.
Pina-Colada Massage Oil
1/4 Cup Castor Oil
1/4 Cup Sweet Almond Oil
1/2 Cup Jojoba Oil
1/4 teaspoon Coconut Fragrance Oil
1/4 teaspoon Pineapple Fragrance Oil
Combine all ingredients in a bottle and shake gently until well blended.

GENTLE MASSAGE OIL (Great for baby massages)
4 ounces of oil (olive, almond, apricot, or sunflower)
5 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops orange essential oil
Pour your ingredients right into the bottle your going to use to dispense the
massage oils. Just give a good shake to blend the oils and you're all set. If you want a truly heavenly oil use rose essential oil in place of lavender and orange.

Virtual Reality Massage Oil
1 t Dried Basil
1 t Dried Rosemary
1 T Grated Or Sliced Grapefruit-Peel
1/2 c Walnut Oil
Combine all ingredients in a heat-resistant container and warm gently -
do not boil. Let the mixture cool completely, then pour into a clean
jar and let sit for at least 1 week. Strain and bottle. A few pieces
of dried grapefruit peel tied in knots (before drying) or dried
rosemary look pretty floating in the bottle.
Yield: 4 ounces
